Playlist

Japan has always had a special connection with hip-hop and legends like Nujabes have paved the way and inspired a lot of artists today. The first three tracks on our Japan playlist are by TiMT, Madkosmos and Iwamizu, who capture this essence perfectly well. The tracks by Steffen ¥oshiki in collaboration with Pullahs and 3TOS show us that house is in good form too. In a similar way to South Korea, Japan has exported quite a few artists and seeing the quality and talent there is at an underground level, we are convinced we’ll be hearing a whole lot more.
